By posting my photos online with DA BOMB MODELS I understand and agree to the following terms.   Photos submitted to DA BOMB MODELS are subject to approval. All jobs are subject to a 20% agency commission which will be deducted from the payment made by the client for work that I have performed. I acknowledge that DA BOMB models has made no promises or guarantees to me, expressed or implied that I will obtain employment or bookings but that my photos and stats will be available online to those who wish to view them. I understand the agency will contact me only if I have a confirmed booking and will not contact me if a client has simply expressed an interest in me. I hereby authorize DA BOMB MODELS to use my image, photographs, likeness, stats and any other information necessary in order to promote me and the services of DA BOMB MODEL MANAGEMENT.
